ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register an F.I.R. under Sections 147, 148, 341, 392, 395, 398, 427, 434, 444, 448, 452, 457, 458 and 307 of IPC on the complaint dated 02.06.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had a dispute with his neighbour by name Prakasam, who seems to have filed civil suits in Courts below and lost his case in the Civil Courts. It is alleged by the petitioner that on 01.06.2015, the said Prakasam brought JCB and other equipments and had uprooted the trees in the petitioner's land. Since the allegation appears to be serious in nature, this Court directs the first respondent Police to conduct an enquiry on petitioner's complaint and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Superintendent of Police, Namakkal District, is directed to monitor the enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
