Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the case pending on the file of the Spl.Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai in Spl.S.C.No.98/2020 and quash the charge as far as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case pending on the file of the Spl.Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai in Spl.S.C.No.98/2020 and quash the charge as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial has already commenced in this case and some of the witnesses have also been examined.

3. In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the concerned Court and the same will be considered by the concerned Court on its own merits and in accordance with law.
