ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to insist the second respondent to register the FIR against the accused persons, based on the complaint dated 20.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On a reading of the complaint, the petitioner is aggrieved over some dialogues in a film, which has been cleared by the Central Film Censor Board. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the Police.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
