This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, vide order of this Court dated 15.07.2022 made in Crl.MP.No.4464 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.432 of 2022, directing him to report before the Trial Court on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the above revision.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the entire cheque amount has been deposited by the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 15.07.2022 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
