ORDER

After hearing both sides, this Court is not convinced with the arguments advanced on the side of the petitioner counsel and this Court is about to dismiss the revision petition.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
