ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 7.12.2015 in Crl.O.P. No.28833 of 2015, directed the second respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on the complaint of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner dated 13.11.2015 in CSR No.448 of 2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating any

cognizable offence, he was directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a counter affidavit stating that on completion of investigation on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.11.2015, FIR was registered in Crime No.72 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 427 and 506(i) I.P.C. on 5.2.2016 and a copy of the FIR was also given to the petitioner on 12.2.2016.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed.
