ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the prayer is to conduct enquiry against the 2nd respondent by taking note of enquiry report submitted by the Deputy Registrar of Coop. Societies, Tindivanam Circle, Tindivanam made in Na.Ka.No.4/2013, dated 21.05.2013 and take further action against the 2nd respondent. The matter may become infructuous by virtue of the fact that the 2nd respondent is no more. The learned counsel for the petitioner did not have any objection to it.
