[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, A.Prabhavathy, aged 19 years, from the illegal custody of the second respondent, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. In view of the order passed by the earlier Bench dated 10.01.2019, no further orders are required to be passed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also sated that there is no subsequent development involved warranting further orders.

4. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
