This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.01.2015 and the second respondent to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, there are two petition enquries pending in C.S.R.No.15 of 2015 and C.S.R. No.16 of 2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both CSRs expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
