ORDER
The matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a typographical error has been crept in paragraph 5 of the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Court, wherein in fourth line it has been stated as 'counter statement' instead of 'reply' and in fifth line it has been stated as 'notices' instead of First Examination Report'. vga Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for rectification of the above order.
3.Learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents also agreed to the said factum.
4.Accordingly, paragraph No.5 of the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Court in this petition is substituted by the following paragraph. '5.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition stands allowed and the impugned order is hereby quashed. Since the impugned order is quashed, the official respondents are directed to reconsider the application filed by the petitioner and give an opportunity to file his reply in respect of the First Examination Report and such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.'
