These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased Late Kannaia Chettiyar as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above C.R.Ps.

2.Heard and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavits and being satisfied with the same, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are orderd as prayed for and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to make necessary amendments to the cause title and post the main C.R.Ps. and post the same on 22.07.2024.
