This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12811 of 2023 on 14.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12811 of 2023 on 14.06.2023 regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions on either side, this Court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12811 of 2023 on 14.06.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month until filing of the final report.
