Respondents Prayer in all the Writ petitions Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order in the nature of a Writ to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's claim for issuing revised seniority of Secondary Grade Teachers in Salem District by determining the seniority of all the candidates only with reference to the date of regular appointment in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher and with reference to age and accordingly place the petitioner in appropriate place therein and to pass consequential orders of such empanelment and promotion only on the basis of such revised seniority.
