This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5196 of dated 19.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31139 of 2022 dated 25.01.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in two month for another period of six (6) months until final report is filed.
