O R D E R

The revision petitioners who are the defendants 2 and 3 in O.S.No.73 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Kanchipuram at Chengalpattu has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Taking into account the narrow prayer made and considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2010, I am inclined to issue a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Court, Kanchipuram at Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.73 of 2010 within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
