O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Niglachi) in the event of Karuthanur Arulmighu Sri Pudhu Mariamman Koil at Pottipuram, Salem District on 28.04.2022 between 6.00pm to 11.00pm based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent on 19.04.2022 and it is also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
