Crl.M.P.No. 6129 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 4644 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 4644 of 2024 in Para No. 5(ii) of the order dated 08.03.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is life threat against the petitioner, therefore, the learned Counsel seeks modify in the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court modifies the condition:- "the petitioner shall report before the Esplanade Police Station, High Court Campus, Madras-104, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. In all other aspects, the order dated 08.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 4644 of 2024 shall remain unaltered.
