By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The case of the petitioner is that her husband Dr.A.Rajan was working as Assistant Manager in the second respondent/Dharmapuri District Cooperative Milk producers Union, Krishnagiri. On 13.07.2000, he died in harness leaving behind the petitioner and his two daughters as his legal heirs. The petitioner would further state that she made a representation to
the first respondent seeking compassionate appointment. The first respondent forwarded the representation to the third respondent. Thereafter, the third respondent by his proceedings dated 16.12.2012 in Ref.Na.Ka.No.6839/Admin.I/2000 directed the petitioner to furnish relevant documents.
3.Thereafter, the petitioner approached the second respondent in person and submitted her application with relevant documents. Since, there is no response from the respondents 2 and 3, the petitioner made a representation dated 15.10.2012 before the first respondent and the same is forwarded to the third respondent.
The petitioner submitted another representation to the second respondent in person on 30.10.2015. But, no order has been passed, hence, the petitioner approached this court by way of writ petition.
4.Heard the submissions of Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, Special Government Pleader for R1 and Mr.R.Bala Ramesh for R2 and R3 who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second and third respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 15.10.2012 and 30.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
