This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.5895 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.

2. By order dated 29.04.2019 made in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 5895 of 2019 Anticipatory Bail has been granted to the petitioners requiring them to surrender before the respondent police within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioners seek extension of time on the ground that they had applied for copies of the order before the Madurai Bench and they have informed that they should approach the Principal Seat and hence they could not surrender. Accepting the reasons assigned, the time for surrender is extended by 15 days from today (i.e., 11.06.2019). The condition relating to appearance before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 am till 01.06.2019 is modified.
