(made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This civil revision petition is filed challenging the order dated 09 July 2015 rendered in M.A. No.134 of 2014 in O.A. No.423 of 2014 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai.

The aforesaid order, impugned in this civil revision petition, is appealable before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. There is no reason to entertain this civil revision petition at this stage, without the petitioner exhausting the appeal remedy available to him. Thus, this civil revision petition is dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory appellate forum, if so advised. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
