Respondents PRAYER: The Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, to punish the respondent for committing contempt of court by willfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.31539 of 2012 dated 20.11.2017 by not granting pension to the petitioner as directed.

O R D E R

This Court has issued a statuary notice to the second respondent viz., Mr.C.Kamaraj, I.A.S., Commissioner for Milk Production and Dairy Development, alone on 06.12.2018. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Commissioner of Milk Production and Dairy Development, Madhavaram Milk Colony, Chennai - 51 is present before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the contemnor made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 20.11.2017 in W.P.No.31539 of 2012 has been complied with and in this regard, the second respondent passed an order on 11.12.2018 addressing to the Accountant General of Tamil Nadu, Chennnai.

3. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with no further

adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
