This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 4(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4613 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
