PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner herein for organizing the Cultural function to Sri Mariamman Kovil Festival in Mallur on 04.05.2022 by acting on his representation dated 19.04.2022.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner herein for organizing the Cultural function in Sri Mariamman Kovil Festival in Mallur on 04.05.2022 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent and it is also served on the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
