Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to approve the admission of the Petitioner in B.Ed.Degree course in the 3rd Respondent College for the academic year 2013-2014 and consequently permit the petitioner to write the B.Ed.Degree Examination for the year 2013-2014 commencing from 30.05.2014 and to publish the results and to award the B.Ed.Degree in favour of the Petitioner.
