ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 25.04.2011 in W.P. No.27815 of 2008. By the said order, this Court directed the third respondent therein to forward the name of the petitioner to enable the competent authority to complete the formality for appointment of the petitioner as Typist and to regularise her services as per law.

2. The respondents filed additional counter affidavit stating that the service of the petitioner was regularised after 01.04.2003 i.e. on 01.01.2006 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 - Personnel & Administrative Reforms (F) Department dated 28.02.2006 as directed by this Court. It is also further stated that in view of the fact that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, the terminal benefits of the petitioner were also settled duly paying the interest on the delayed of payment of terminal 2/5

benefits at the rate of 10% per annum. Further, it is also noticed from the record that the respondents have handed over the cheque for an amount of Rs.2,43,345/- dated 25.07.2025.

3. In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondents have duly complied with the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner still have any grievance it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
