This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3682 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1726 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023, the petitioner shall report before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mettur Police Station, Salem instead of the Inspector of Police, Avinasi Police Station, Tiruppur District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) raised objection to modify the condition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
