This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16664 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12527 of 2023 on 18.10.2023.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.16664 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12527 of 2023 on 18.10.2023 is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
