ORDER
The present writ petition is for a Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 03.05.2017, 27.06.2017, 29.06.2017 and 25.07.2017 and the reminder representation made to the 2nd respondent on 24.08.2017.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 11.07.2017, by giving clarification to the original order in S.L.P(Civil) No.10243 of 2017, the petitioner is not entitled to renew the licence.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that on 25.04.2017, the First Bench of this Court has ordered injunction for a period of three months in W.P.Nos.10564 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
10572 of 2017, upon which the first respondent is not in a position to pass any orders.
4. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law as per the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and First Bench of this Court.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
