ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the order of the second respondent made in letter No.C.I.T.03/maruaaivu/2018 dated Nil.01.2020, signed on 30.01.2020 to quash the same and to consequently direct the first and second respondents to revise and re-fix the rent appropriately.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submitted that the respondents have agreed to revise the rent at Rs.8,000/- per month which is acceptable by the petitioner. However he would submit that the petitioner has grievance with regard to the maintenance charges and other incidental charges levied by the respondents for which he seeks liberty before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court to give a representation to the respondents to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents on instructions agrees to the same.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to give a representation to the respondents with regard to the levy of maintenance and other incidental charges apart from rent while the petitioner claims he is not liable to pay. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently miscellaneous petition is also closed.
