By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the Rice Mill with 2 HP Electric Motor situated in S.No.824/2B, Ward No.4, Door No.15, Bagadur Street, measuring 2444 sq.ft with shed in Polur, Thiruvannamalai District. According to the petitioner, his father has executed a registered settlement deed dated 29.12.1993 registered as Document No.6 of 1994 on the file of office of the Sub-Registrar, Polur in favour of the petitioner and he has subsequently cancelled the settlement, which was also registered as Document No.610 of 2014 in the very same office. The petitioner challenged the cancellation by filing a suit in O.S.No.108 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif, Polur and the said suit was also decreed on 10.10.2014. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the respondent for registration of the same. Since no orders have been, passed the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondent.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2014 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
