This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in FIR No.961 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.961 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the second respondent police.
