By consent the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioners claim that they purchased plots in various survey number, namely S.Nos.852/3 & 852/4; 856/5; 865/5; 845/3 & 845/4 respectively at Sakthi Vadivelan Mega City, Mosur Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District and they applied for transfer of patta in their individual names by including the copies of all original documents. However, to their shock and surprise, pattas have been granted in favour of some unknown persons, who are not at all connected with the property in question and in this regard, they submitted representation dated 16.03.2015. Though it was received, no response is forthcoming and hence, they came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. This Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the representation in accordance with law after providing the petitioners an opportunity of personal hearing and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
