The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS r/w Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals Act, 1957, in connection with Crime No.57 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.
