2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent in the presence of the Officials and after perusing the record would submit that it is the petitioner, who is not co-operating for the compliance of the order passed.

3.Despite service of notice on the respondent, he did not turn up. Reliance has been made on the report received from the police.

4.Considering the above submission, we do not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying the order passed in W.P.No.16533 of 2017, dated 20.07.2017. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
