Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Vacate the Interim Stay granted in MP No.1 of 2013 on 15.04.2013 and to dismiss the Writ Petition with cost (WMP No.24307 of 2017) pending disposal of the above WP.9088/2013.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Court has granted an order of interim stay for a period of ten weeks on 5.4.2013. Admittedly, the stay granted on 05.04.2013 was not extended thereafter. Thus, all further adjudication on the contentions raised by the parties shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the above M.P stands dismissed.
