ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent police for their act of willful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court, dated 21.07.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.18026/2015.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Selvakumar, (present incumbent), the Inspector of Police (Crime), P-6, Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai - 600 118, is present before this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.567 of 2015 and the same was closed on 22.08.2015. A copy of the closure is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed.
