The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 A.M, until further in Crl.O.P.No 30517 of 2024 on 06.12.2024., is relaxed. 4.
