PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to refund the admission Fee of Rs.2,40,000/- paid by the petitioner for his son A.Madhan Karkky for BBA.LLB(hons) first year for the academic year 2020-2021 within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and further direct the 1st Respondent to take action against the 2nd Respondent for not following the guidelines dated 17.12.2020 issued by the 1st Respondent in refunding he admission fee by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2021.
