ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to take necessary steps to affix his signature in the settlement reached before the Lok Adalat so as to enable the implementation of the Award dated 13.07.2019 un C.M.A. No. 1178 of 2016 on the of file of this Court and permit him to withdraw the compensation deposited by the first respondent with the second respondent bank within a limited time frame

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that by an Award dated 13.7.2019 passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in C.M.A.No.1178 of 2016, in Lok Adalat, the matter has been settled between the parties and the settled amount has aleady been received by the claimants and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
