PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 2 nd respondent herein to release the husband of the petitioner, by name Sadiq Basha, male 46 years, S/o. Salim Basha, who is currently at Central Prison, Vellore (as convict Prisoner No. 3315) on 30 days emergency leave in order to take care of his father ailing due to the surgery. 2/5
