ORDER

The revision petitioners are questioning the order dated 30.4.2015 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2015 in Wakf O.P.No.1 of 2015 pending on the file of Wakf Tribunal / Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu, granting interim order in favour of the respondent herein.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners has submitted that the Wakf Caretakers has illegally installed CCTV camera in the defence area, which is against the security orders of the Central Government. It is his main objection. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the CCTV camera installed was removed and he has also undertaken that the respondent would not install any CCTV cameras against the defence interest. The same is recorded.

3. The civil revision petition is disposed of, recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also a direction is issued to dispose of O.P.No.1 of 2015 within a period of 6 months. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
