ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4203 of 2025 by an order dated 18.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until Page No.1 of 4
further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4203 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 is relaxed.
