Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, to call for all the records pertaining and connected to Proc.No.950/TNERC/Admin/D.No.647/2010 dated 23.05.2017 on the file of the learned 1st respondent and quash the same so far as accommodating the petitioner in the downgraded post of Assistant Director (Finance & Economic Analyst) Grade - II with a Grade Pay (GP) of Rs.5,400/- and consequently direct the respondents to retrospectively promote and accommodate the petitioner in post of Assistant Director (Finance & Economic Analyst) in the Page No.1 of 4
pay scale of Rs. 15,600 - 39,100/- with grade pay of G.P Rs. 6600/- w.e.f.. 23.05.2017 and to pay the arrears of difference in grade pay with interest @ 18% p.a., from 23.05.2017 till the date of payment and grant the petitioner other monetary/non-monetary service benefits and such or other reliefs in the facts and circumstances of the case.
