It is stated that the Corporation has deposited the entire compensation amount as directed by the Tribunal.

2.Considering the fact that the petitioners have lost their only son, who was just about 18 years, there will be an order permitting the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the amount so deposited. The Tribunal is directed to deposit the remaining amount in a cumulative interest bearing fixed deposit in a Nationalized bank until further orders.
