ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 05.07.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 05.07.2016 against her husband to the respondent-Police and during the course of enquiry by the police, it came to light that the petitioner's husband had gone to England, in connection with his employment and therefore, petition enquiry has been temporarily closed awaiting the arrival of the petitioner's husband. A copy of the statement given by the petitioner and the temporary closure report is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to press the complaint as and when her husband returns.
