(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants submitted that subsequent to the impugned order passed by the learned Judge, one of the Managing Trustees of the appellant Trust Mr.K.Rajapiradhapan died on 29.08.2022. Hence, the remaining trustees preferred the present appeal before this Court and accordingly, the cause title needs to be modified.
