The petitioner is presently working as Associate Professor with effect from 1.4.2008 in Annamalai University, consequent to redesignation of Readers post with effect from 1.4.2009. It is the case of the petitioner that his seniority was not correctly fixed by taking into account his initial recruitment. The petitioner submitted a representation on 21.06.2013, requesting the respondent to revise the seniority. Since there was no follow up action taken by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court. 2 . The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.6.2013 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and as per law with notice to all concerned. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
