This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4388 of 2025 by an order dated 19.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4388 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a week, i.e., on Tuesday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
