3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Erode, is directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.180 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
