By an earlier order dated 28.03.2024 in O.A.No.263 of 2024 & A.No.1876 of 2024, interim injunction has been granted from posting further in the YouTube channel and to remove the existing contents. 2.The third Defendant represented by the learned counsel would state that the order dated 28.03.2024 has been complied with and as per the order of this Court, they have blocked the video from public view and also filing an affidavit in this regard on 01.07.2024. The said affidavit filed by the third Respondent is hereby recorded and taken on file. 3.Since the order is in operation from 28.03.2024 and the contesting Respondents having not filed their counter affidavit, the interim orders passed by this Court on 28.03.2024 in O.A.No.263 of 2024 & A.No.1876 of 2024 are hereby made absolute.

4.In so far as C.S.No.77 of 2024 is concerned, summons have been served on the respective Defendants and hence, the time for filing written statement as per the Original Side Rules has already been expired, post C.S.No.77 of 2024 as "undefended board" as per the Original Side Rules, on 18.11.2024.
